To restore one to health you need to reduce and eliminate chronic inflammation. Acute inflamation is the body’s way to immobilize its immune powers and fix a problem. Inflamation sends signals for the body to send in platelets and stem cells and other healing factors to fight, repair and heal cells, tissues, organs. However chronic stress and inflamation becomes a problem, because after a time if the body was unable to remove the cause of the stress it moves on and the problem continues and degenerates.
There are things we can do to help to reduce the inflamation.
Stop eating sugar . Sugar is one of the worse things we eat to increase inflamation.
Stop drinking soda and most fruit drinks
Try to eat only organic fruits and vegetables
Stay away from caffeine and other stimulants
Read all medications and their side effects
Check your vitamin D levels with blood test and take D regularly
Take vitamins and minerals carefully . Basic vitamins you should take are a good MULTIPLE VITAMIN AND MINERAL, FISH OIL, DIGESTIVE ENZMES WHICH CONTAIN HCL, A PRE AND PROTOBOTIC AND THEN SPECIFIC ONES FOR ANY CONDTION YOU have.
Destress yourself take time to relax, meditate, exercise, do yoga etc.
Sleep at least 7 hours a night
Find time in the day to do a brief nap is also great.
